Au revoir, Year 6.
It’s always an emotional last day when we say goodbye to our Year 6 classes.
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. Year 6 (main site) gave a modern twist to ‘the Scottish play’ when they trod the boards to present ‘Macbeth’ to parents as their leavers’ production.
The Wizard of Oz simply sparkled This week has seen the children in Years 5 and 6 perform their rendition of the ever popular, Wizard of Oz.
EPS’s athletes put in excellent performances at last week’s prestigious Croydon Interschool Athletics Competition.
Even though the children did not head off camping, they still found time for some creative thinking, collaboration, life skills and plenty of exercise!
Yesterday, it was a real pleasure to drive down and visit the Year 6 who have been camping at the Cuffley Active Learning Centre near Potters Bar.
After arriving as inner-city camping beginners, all our Pegasus pupils are leaving Cuffley feeling like fully-certified wilderness adventurers.
What an incredible day at Cuffley! After a morning of rain, the sun brightened our day and spirits were high for a full day of activities.
It has been a fun-filled and action-packed day at Cuffley for Year 6!
After weeks of training and practice, the WHJUN Athletics Team arrived at Croydon Sports Arena.
This week at Ecclesbourne, we have been celebrating the 75th anniversary of the arrival of the Empire Windrush.
After a year of hard work and SATs preparation, the Year Six children were treated to a trip to Chessington World of Adventures as a reward.
On Friday, the Year 6s enjoyed an exhilarating trip to Chessington Theme Park and Zoo.

As a result of our collaboration with the P.I.G. charity and their allotment project, some of our Year 6 pupils were lucky enough to go and visit Mrs Burney’s Bees in Frylands Wood this week.
