What an exciting week we have been having here at Whitehorse Manor Juniors.

What an exciting week we have been having here at Whitehorse Manor Juniors.
Young mathematicians from across Key Stage 2 at EPS have been attending Mrs Springall and Mrs Stutter’s Marvellous Maths club on a Monday after school.
Rapper and author Breis- workshop in Yr5 Year 5 had the pleasure of working with our visitor rapper and author BREIS (Brilliant Rappers Educate Intelligent Students.)
MUSEUM DAY YEAR 5 After studying and learning all about our History topic-‘The Vikings are Coming’, year 5 had an amazing display of all the fantastic work created by the children.
Today, we have had the pleasure of having Joshua Siegal (an author/poet) visiting Whitehorse Manor Junior School.
We started our World Book Day celebrations with a fantastic visit from Joshua Seigal.
This week, we had a visit from the Palace for Life Foundation.
Children from across the school were treated to an oral health and hygiene workshop today.
This week the children in Year 5 took part in a STEM construction workshop delivered by Robyn from Procur3d Consulting Ltd.
Today, Mrs Pinkney, Mrs Chang and a small group of children, took to the school field with their spades and began planting Daffodil bulbs.
Today our lovely school was completely transformed into an exciting museum with interesting artefacts round every corner.
We saw a fantastic turn out for our Museum Day today.
Wow Wow Wow! The Whitehorse Museum opened this morning and what a beautiful sight it was.
On Tuesday this week it was Safer Internet Day. All the children joined an assembly by Mr Francis focusing on this year’s theme of ‘Want to Talk About It?’.
At Ecclesbourne, we love reading and we thought what better way to celebrate the upcoming World Book Day than by running an exciting reading competition!
