Green Fingers at WHJUN!
We are delighted that our gardening club is now up and running.
We have some places remaining at our Nursery at Ecclesbourne Primary School in September. Full time and part time places are available. This week we have been thinking about thinking critically. We know that critical thinking requires you to use your ability to reason (one of our learning powers!).
A while back we posted the news story below about reading and our favourite places to read.
We were so excited to come to school on Monday! There was quite a thick blanket of snow on the ground – amazing fun to play in (a health and safety nightmare for Mr Stewart and Mr Cheyne!).
The cold snap brought the opportunity for the children at Ecclesbourne to get outside and play in the snow.
Children throughout EPS have put on excellent performances in their respective Christmas shows.
This week we have spent time thinking about how resourceful we are in the classroom.
Last week, all the children at Ecclesbourne Primary School participated in the NSPCC’s Speak Out, Stay Safe programme.
