A busy week again at Atwood. In Reception, the children have been busy learning about being a resilient learner and developing their writing skills.
We are looking to appoint newly qualified and experienced teachers across The Pegasus Academy Trust.

A busy week again at Atwood. In Reception, the children have been busy learning about being a resilient learner and developing their writing skills.
On Wednesday 13th November, the children and staff at Whitehorse Manor Junior School celebrated the meaning of RESPECT for our individuality and expressed this through wearing ‘odd socks’.
It was simply delightful to meet the newly elected members of year 6 School Council 24-25.
On the 24th July 2024 the School Council Team at Whitehorse Manor Juniors have formed a ‘Well-being Committee’.
Welcome back! I hope you all had a restful summer and feel refreshed and ready for the new academic year.
I suppose the only way to really present an assembly about a magical place was with a fully immersive, dare I say ‘magical’ experience.
Year 3 had a lovely trip to RHS Wisley on Monday.
Year 3 had the fantastic opportunity to visit the London Wetlands Centre this week!
It has been an exciting week of learning for year 3!
We have had a bumper sporting week this week culminating on Thursday’s sports day.
This week, Year 3 visited the beautiful Buddhapadipa temple in Wimbledon.
We had an incredible Science Week filled with exciting investigations across all year groups.
Year 3 had the fantastic opportunity to visit South Norwood library!
Monday 22nd April was Earth Day and the Eco -Squad had a very important message to share!
It has been an exciting week with ducklings and cave men visiting us, children visiting the woods and pupils building the solar system.
