In our English lessons, we have been reading The Twits by Roald Dahl. We have enjoyed discovering what mean and disgusting characters Mr and Mrs Twit are! Last week we made our own Mr Twit beards and used expanded noun phrases to describe all of the revolting things you might find inside his beard. This week we created our own recipes and wrote instructions on how to make Mrs Twit’s squirmy spaghetti. We’ve had such fun being creative and using our most foul imaginations!
