This week Year 2 were able to bring their Thematic topic alive by visiting London. We went up the The Garden at 120 and took in the spectacular views of many famous London landmarks. Afterwards we visited St Dunstan’s in the East, a church redesigned by Sir Christopher Wren after it was damaged in The Great Fire of London. We rounded off our visit by a trip to Pudding Lane and The Monument. It was great to see the location the fire started, to see The Monument built to remember the fire and how London has changed and continues to change since 1666.
