Year 2’s final DT project of the year has been ‘Puppets’. We found out about different types of puppets from around the world and learned that Punch and Judy was a popular form of entertainment at the seaside during the Victorian times. Inspired by our research, we designed our own hand puppets and learned to sew. Using our new found skill, we followed our design to sew and make our own hand puppets. It was great fun!
