Year 2 had a great time visiting Morden Hall Park last week. The weather was kind to us and we loved being outdoors all day. In groups we explored two different habitats; the logs in the woodland and the river. We found lots of different invertebrates and used a key to identify what they were. Some of them moved really quickly so it was hard to catch them. If we caught an invertebrate we could put it in a special magnifying pot so that we could take a look at it. We had such a wonderful time.
