This week saw a continuation of book week activities! At the beginning of the week we had our Scholastic Book Fair and Mrs Roberts and Mrs Latter sold an amazing £1000 worth of books! Mrs Roberts also created her own book shop where children were able to exchange their book week tokens for a WBD book.
On Tuesday afternoon, we invited parents to attend a reading workshop and then opened the school for parents to come in and read with their children in class. Thank you to all those parents who attended. For those who could not make the workshop but very much wanted to attend we are working on the best way to share this with you, via a recording, so look out for more information via Studybugs soon.
A huge thank you to Mrs Roberts who organised the book week program with the support of Ms Rolf and the Whitehorse staff.
