WHINF – we are artists
Over the past few weeks, Year 2 have been looking at the work of artist Hans Holbein.
We are looking to appoint newly qualified and experienced teachers across The Pegasus Academy Trust.

Over the last couple of weeks in nursery we have been further exploring colour and this week have been looking at experiments we can do with colour and seeing if we could guess the outcomes!

Year 5 thoroughly enjoyed Viking Day, which was packed with exciting activities and new learning experiences.
Year 6 had an amazing day out at the Natural History Museum, filled with excitement and discovery!
This week, Year 3 have had the exciting opportunity to visit the V&A Museum in South Kensington as part of our Thematic learning on the Great Exhibition!
This week, we have been showing how kind and caring we are towards each other as it has been ‘Friendship Week’ At the Lower School, we started the week with a special assembly led by Miss Williams where we learnt all about what it means to be a good friend.
As the weather turned this week, the children have been keeping themselves warm in school by working really hard with some fantastic learning.
What a busy, busy ‘b’ filled week we have had in Little Cypress!
Year 2 have loved reading Roald Dahl’s The Twits. It may be an old book, but it’s definitely a gold book.
On Tuesday, Gold class had a special visit from an Oral Health practitioner from King’s College.
On Monday morning, at the Upper School, the House Captains delivered a very emotive and informative assembly.
