CYP – Road Safety Week at Cypress
Road Safety Week We have been focusing on Road Safety this week at Cypress and the children have enjoyed learning more about keeping safe on our roads.
We are looking to appoint newly qualified and experienced teachers across The Pegasus Academy Trust.

What an amazing world we live in. The children in Early Years have been outside enjoying the changing weather, and appreciating the last bit of sun for the year.

Our YR1 classes had a fabulous time today on their Moon immersion day.
Ecclesbourne made it three wins out of three following a stunning 7-0 victory against South Norwood Primary school.
Last week, as part of our RE learning about Hinduism, Year 4 visited the Sakthy Ghanapathy Temple in Thornton Heath.
Our Trust Staff Meeting at Cypress on Handwriting in the Early Years, for our Early Years and Year 1 practitioners, was a fantastic opportunity for the adults to have some fun, as well as learning some important pedagogy and practical ideas to teach this crucial life skill.
Whitehorse Infants welcomed a visitor from Beddington ERF on Thursday to deliver an assembly all about waste and recycling.
Friendship Week We have had a thoughtful and friendly time in Little Cypress, as it has been Friendship Week.
On Monday, we introduced our Anti-Bulling / Friendship Week by wearing odd socks to school and sharing what it means to be a good friend in our whole school assembly.
