This week, reception have been looking at the classic story ‘The Rainbow Fish’ by the author Marcus Pfister. The children enjoyed listening to this story and they came up with some brilliant ideas about how we can be kind towards others and how we can make friends. The children enjoyed this story so much and they created their own versions of the Rainbow Fish using different artistic materials and resources. It was great to see the children using the ideas we thought about during our carpet sessions, to help each other make their special Rainbow Fish and be kind to each other within the provision.
