This week reception have been getting ready for Christmas in a number of ways. At the beginning of the week, we all learned about the Christmas story and why Christians celebrate it. We also got the opportunity to meet Father Joshua during our visit to the local church, where he taught us a special song Christians sing! We walked around the church and looked at all of the important statues and paintings and spoke about why this is such an important holiday for Christians.
