At Beulah, we love to read and support each other to develop our love of reading!
This afternoon, the Year 2 children chose their favourite reading book and shared it with the reception children. It was lovely to see them relaxing on bean bags and completely engaged reading and sharing their fantastic stories in the hall. All of the children loved this experience and told their teachers that “It was so cool!”
The children cannot wait to read to each other again, but next time reception will be the ones reading using their brilliant, developing reading skills!
