Ahoy there landlubbers! Year 2 had a wonderful Pirates Day on Friday. A hunt filled with treasure, eye patches and pirate ships galore. It was a jam packed day full of fun activities, celebrating our final English unit of the year. We have been reading Captain Sparklebeard and are making our own treasure maps this week. Some children made their own sparkly beard, inspired by Peg from the story. Others made telescopes and treasure chests.
