All of our children had great fun on their sports days and the sun shone brightly, making it a perfect week! They had great fun in the sack races, demonstrated excellent balancing skills in the egg and spoon races and ran with great speed in the relay races. However, the most popular by far was the sponge and water relay – we all needed cooling down from the heat of the glorious sunshine. A big thank you to all of the staff for organising the events and to our many parents/carers that joined us to cheer the children on – I’m very glad that you all survived the parent races!
