After a long drive and some coach delays, our Year 6 adventurers have settled into camp, unrolled their sleeping bags and got stuck in to woodland life!
They enjoyed a meal of pasta bolognese and set to work building shelters and making fires in the woodland. Children from Whitehorse Main Site also had a go at some camouflage and concealment techniques, so don’t panic if you don’t spot your child in the photos!
The children are having a great time, and we are hoping they also have a great night’s sleep (despite the rain which has just started!) ahead of an action-packed day tomorrow.
