Children and families alike had a fantastic time at this week’s sports days. Rain threatened to put a stop to KS2’s event but we managed to go ahead as planned. In house teams with children across all year groups within the key stage, there was a carousel of fun activities. This included an obstacle course, sack and egg and spoon races as well as a penalty shoot out.
In the afternoon, all the children raced and then we had some excellent sibling and parent races. Well done to Miss Warby on her success in the annual teacher spacehopper race! It was a superb couple of days with all the children getting involved with fantastic support from cheering parents and carers on the sidelines. Thank you to everyone involved.
