We are thrilled to introduce our English Champions, a dedicated group of students from Year 3 to Year 6 who have taken on special responsibilities to inspire and support reading and writing across the school.
These incredible students were carefully chosen through an interview process that highlighted their enthusiasm for reading and writing. Their passion and dedication stood out and they are now playing a key role in championing writing in their classes as well as assisting with writing competitions and helping to care for our beloved library.
In the coming weeks, our English Champions will be taking an active role in promoting World Book Day. They will be assisting Miss Vadhia and Mr Burrows with assemblies, author workshops, and exciting activities around the school. These Champions will be leading the way in celebrating the joy of reading and encouraging everyone to explore new books and ideas.
Look out for our English Champions, who will be proudly wearing special badges. They are here to inspire and support their peers and we can’t wait to see all the wonderful contributions they will make to our school’s reading and writing culture.
Let’s all join in celebrating their efforts and make this an amazing time for reading and writing at our school!
