This half term, year 3 have undertaken a cross-curricular exploration of dinosaurs. As part of our Thematic and literacy work this week and next, we will be actually making – as well as writing instructions on how to make – clay dinosaurs. This has been inspired by the dinosaurs of Waterhouse Hawkins which we all know and love as our very own Crystal Palace dinosaurs.
The children have also been writing non-chronological reports on their choice of dinosaur. We hope that you enjoy these examples.
