Little Ecclesbourne children spent last term finding out about Spring, by spending lots of time outside observing natural changes and enjoying lots of planting activities. They loved learning about gardening, different creatures and flowers that appear during the warmer weather. The children created bees and daffodils using paints, collage and play dough. The role play vets proved really popular with lots of aspiring vets taking care of their patients. The children continue to develop their gross and fine motor skills, proudly showing off their mark making skills. There was great excitement returning to school yesterday, especially seeing how quickly the beans we planted have grown. This term, everyone is so excited to learn about different forms of transport and explore 2D and 3D shapes.
