Little Ecclesbourne children have settled well into their new nursery routines and have loved exploring the learning inside and outside, despite the showery and windy days. Last week in nursery we sang the nursery rhyme ‘Incy Wincy Spider’. We experienced the different types of weather that cause Incy Wincy to get washed away and then return. They loved creating an enormous class spiders’ web and individual Incy Wincy Spiders.
We are so lucky as we have a weekly singalong with Mr Spoerer, our amazing music teacher, who is teaching us lots of new songs and accompanying sign language. During the week we have also focussed on having kind hands, kind feet and kind words. We have encouraged the children to share the toys in nursery and take turns with each other.
