We have really made the most of the glorious weather in Little Cypress this week, by utilising our amazing outdoor spaces as much as possible. We have visited the Adventure Playground, Forest School, our Rainbows grassed play area, as well as the Nursery playground. We have enjoyed watering the flowers in our mini garden, having pretend picnics and generally enjoying seeing and feeling some sun at last!
It is so heart-warming to see how increasingly independent the children are becoming. What superstars! Even our very youngest children are showing amazing resilience and perseverance and these are qualities which will prove invaluable throughout their whole lives.
We have been thinking our mummies this week, ahead of Mother’s Day on Sunday. We thought of many reasons whey we love our mummies and made some wonderful Mother’s Day cards, using celery to print the flowers for our bouquets.
