It has been lovely to see Yellow Class enjoying their calming yoga session in the beautiful sunshine with Miss Dixon, the Yoga and Dance teacher. We have been practising our mindfulness and breathing to help us to feel calm and relaxed. Every week, we are very excited about learning different positions and have been trying very hard to remember them! One of the children said, “Sitting in my lotus position makes me feel happy and calm!” We are wondering what new position we will learn next week!
