WHINF – friendship week!
This week at WHINF we have been celebrating friendship week. We began by wearing odd socks to celebrate our uniqueness.
We are looking to appoint newly qualified and experienced teachers across The Pegasus Academy Trust.

This week reception have been learning about Remembrance Day. We had a class discussion about why we celebrate Remembrance day and what it means.
This week we have been learning all about seasons and we have been focusing on the changes that happen during Autumn.
This week reception have been looking the book ‘Funnybones’ by Janet and Allan Ahlberg.
This week, reception have been looking at the classic story ‘The Rainbow Fish’ by the author Marcus Pfister.
This week all of the staff and children at Whitehorse Manor Infants school participated in raising money for the Charity Jeans for Genes.
This week we took part in our annual sports day event!
This week reception had lots of fun visiting Crystal Palace Park Farm!
This week we have been learning about The Very Hungry Caterpillar.
This week in Reception we were fortunate enough to have a very exciting visit from ‘Zoo Lab’!
As the country prepares for the biggest day of the year, reception have been learning about what to expect on the King’s coronation day!
What an exciting experience reception have had this week! We were visited by our local firefighters and were able to see a fire truck up close.
This week Reception have delighted in taking part in a range of creative activities while learning about Easter.
What an amazing week Reception have had! Monday was World Book Day and we all dressed up as characters from our favourite story!
Over the past few weeks, reception have been preparing for our very exciting ‘Museum Day’!
