The last two weeks in nursery we have been continuing with our theme of traditional tales and have been reading the story ‘The Three Little Pigs.’ We have built houses and explored the differences between the three materials the pigs used to build with, straw, sticks and bricks. We even did an experiment with a hairdryer to check how strong they all were. Our carpet sessions have helped us to immerse ourselves in the story and we had a great time acting it out with our friends
In maths we have been learning about longer and shorter and more or less.
