Last week, all the children at Ecclesbourne Primary School participated in the NSPCC’s Speak Out, Stay Safe programme. This consists of an online assembly and follow up activities in class. On Friday, Year 5 & 6 were lucky enough to take part in a workshop following on from the online assembly. The aim of these workshops is to help children understand abuse in all its forms
and to recognise the signs of abuse in a child friendly way. Children are taught to speakout if they are worried, either to a trusted adult or Childline.
