What a ‘smashing’ assembly! Children from Atwood were amazed by the skill of two coaches from TKD this morning, when they smashed through a wooden block.
Yesterday was an exciting day for the Year 4 pupils at EPS as they took part in their first cricket coaching session.
Year 6 Brave the Lake! Here is a small selection of the photos taken at the lake at the Stubbers Activity Centre on Tuesday 20th Sept.
Intrepid Heroes Year 6 braved a rather chilly night under canvas at Stubbers Activity Centre.
Pupils from KS2 Benefit from Lunchtime Coaching Pupils in KS2 are benefiting from lunchtime coaching led by Sports After School (SAS).
EPS netball team finished the netball season on a high with three amazing matches last week.
Earlier this year, our Year 4 pupils enjoyed a series of cricket lessons in school provided by Platform Cricket, and we were invited to bring a team to their Under 9 Inter-School Festival which took place on Friday 15th July.
All of our children had great fun on their sports days and the sun shone brightly, making it a perfect week!
Today was the day we’ve all been waiting for… CYPRESS LOWER SPORTS DAY!
EPS shone in last week’s prestigious Croydon Interschool Athletics Competition. Following a two year hiatus, the children could not wait to return to the summer showpiece and there were some fantastic results.
Excitement was in the air on Monday, as a sea of red, blue, green and yellow took to the school field.
This term Reception have been participating in weekly yoga lessons with our lovely yoga instructor Rachel.
Another week and another exciting sporting experience. This week 6 children from Year 4 & 5 had the opportunity to practise 3X3 basketball.
