At Ecclesbourne today, we are kicking off our Friendship Week by celebrating Odd Socks Day in support of the Anti-Bullying Alliance. The odd socks symbolise that we are each unique! Odd Socks Day aims to let pupils know that they can be themselves, free from bullying.
We are so pleased to see so many of our pupils and staff joining in with the spirit of the day, brightening this grey Monday with some fantastically colourful socks!
Over the course of this week, our pupils will be taking part in a number of activities to promote friendship and refresh them on what they can do and who they can speak to if they experience or see bullying.
