Last week, year 2 children at Cypress travelled on the bus and tram to visit Morden Hall Park. They enjoyed pond-dipping and hunting for invertebrates under logs and in the woodland as part of their science curriculum. They took part in an interesting workshop where they compared the habitats of invertebrates both on land and in water. Of course for some children the best part of the day was lunchtime and playing in the woodland! Many thanks to our hard-working staff and supportive parents to helping to ensure this school trip was a success.
