Today we all wore red to celebrate Red Nose Day and raise money for Comic Relief. The day started with an assembly about how the money raised is used to help people especially those in poverty and those who are harmed by climate change. We also learnt that Comic Relief was co – founded by Sir Lenny Henry in 1985 and has raised £1.5 billion in its 39 years. Sir Lenny Henry will be hosting Comic Relief for the last time this year, but what a legacy he has left behind!
Today EPS raised over £150 and we are very proud, thank you to all our families for their generosity.
