In particular, we have been thinking about which learning powers are the most useful in specific tasks, for example in a revision task, we would need to capitalise, make links and use interdependence (consider whether it is better to work alone or with others).
Just as we thought Spring had finally sprung, the chill, wind and even snow returned to remind us that Mother Nature had other ideas!
Green class amazed their Parents and Carers this week, taking us on an adventure across the sea linking to their learning in Literacy.
This week Year 2 at Cypress Primary visited London and we walked well over 13,000 steps in total!

Many thanks to everyone who visited our Book Fair. We made a whopping £2500 in sales, which has earned Cypress £1450 worth of rewards to spend at Scholastic on books for the new Upper School library.
It felt almost tropical on Thursday and the weather was such a lovely break from the cold and rain we have been experiencing on and off in the last few months.
