Beulah – MacMillan coffee morning

A big thank you to everyone who donated cakes and money to our Macmillan Coffee morning.   Despite the heavy rain, it was a great success – a huge number of our parents/carers were able to come in for a coffee, cake and a chat.  We also had a cake sale at the end of the day to make sure that none of your lovely cakes were wasted.  Due to your generosity the school raised a fantastic £130.60 for this worthy cause. The Macmillan charity supports the three million people in the UK living with cancer, from the moment they are diagnosed, throughout treatment and beyond. Some of the parents decided that they enjoyed the coffee morning so much they are now planning to organise a regular parent/carer coffee morning.  Please pop into the office and add your name to the volunteer list if you are able to spare around one hour each term (8:30am -9:30am).
