Nursery children at Little Ecclesbourne have been busy working as scientists. They have been learning all about the colours of a rainbow and how one appears in the sky. They have experimented with Skittles, predicting what will happen when water is added. Some children thought the sweets would melt, while others thought the colours would mix to make brown water. Can you make a guess?
The children explored different art materials to create their own rainbows and loved going on a colour hunt. They have also been learning 2d shapes by singing songs, playing games and printing. They loved creating their own music by playing the musical instruments and learning the Momo Rainbow dance.
