The school is now rated good (2) overall with outstanding grades (1) for Behaviour, Personal Development, Leadership and Early Years’ Provision.
The report is extremely positive about the school. The report highlights leaders having the ‘highest ambition for all pupils’. It notes that ‘pupils rise to meet the high expectations of behaviour’ and the provision of ‘excellent opportunities for pupils to develop their talents and interests’.
We are proud of the progress the school has made and pleased that this has now been acknowledged by Ofsted. At Pegasus we believe that everyone should have the opportunity to attend a local school that is at least good. We are delighted that at Ecclesbourne we can now offer a good school for the local community. We will continue working to make this school even better than it is now.
