The Directors of the Pegasus Academy Trust are undertaking an official consulation, as required in the schools admission code, to amend the admissions criteria for Atwood Primary School. The stated objective of the Directors ‘that the schools run by PAT remain local schools, serving the local community regardless of ability or religious belief’ remains the same and the changes proposed are minor. Nevertheless the Directors welcome views on the proposed changes whch would come in to operation from September 2026. The consultation will run from today, 1st October 2024 to Friday 29th November – 9 weeks in total. We are consulting all local stakeholders, including neighbouring Local Authorities.
