What great fun our Year 1 classes had on their day at the Science Museum! During our interactive workshop, we learnt all about blasting off to space and living in the Space Station. It was great finding out how water needs to be recycled and seeing some of the accessories used by the astronauts.
The day continued with more exploration of science-based toys in the Garden and the Pattern Pod. Finally we looked for artefacts in the Space gallery.
