This week has been very exciting as our Reception Caterpillars have hatched into butterflies and flown to freedom! It’s been fascinating watching them develop from a caterpillar into a chrysalis and now into beautiful butterflies. We enjoyed releasing them on the school field this week.
Reception have also been finding out about all different kinds of spiders. Did you know that some spiders can jump? Children have been writing facts they have learnt on strips of paper to create their own class spiders! Have a look at the walls outside our community room to learn some facts and see their fabulous writing.
