This term the children in Little Ecclesbourne have been so busy. Transport is our new topic so we have been exploring ways to travel, by reading a wide selection of related books and learning new songs. We have been making all sorts of vehicles out of junk modelling. The children decided that they wanted to explore how to make boats that float, independently choosing their materials. They had great fun working together. With the warmer weather we have been busy planting more seeds and watching them grow. By Summer we hope to have lots of fruit, flowers and vegetables. In Maths we have been exploring 2d and 3 shapes, ordering numbers and writing our numerals.
