This half-term Year 1 children have been busy developing their mapping skills and learning about map features such as compass points, key and symbols. Along with the story Jack and the Flum Flum tree by Julia Donaldson and David Roberts, they have practised making 2D and 3D maps for the island of Blowyernose.
