To help us celebrate World Book Day, a member of one of our families kindly donated copies of her fantastic book to our school this week. Elisha Ricketts, Destiny’s aunt (Year 2, Satellites), is published author of ‘From Root to Shoot’.
Children enjoyed reading the story, which teaches us to be proud of who we are, have self believe and reminds us that no matter where you come from anything is possible.
